Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, covering all major cities and remote areas.

2. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for most locations.
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days for select cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
Orders placed after 5 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for all orders within Pakistan. A COD handling fee of PKR 50 may be applied to the order.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package online.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
